Stop by England's Stove Works booth to learn how the Pellet Smartstove with its programmable smart features can cut your heating bill by 5 to 20 percent. See how this new Smartstove technology has the ability to 'learn' how long it takes to heat a room. This means the Smartstove finds the optimum time to turn on before you get home from work or wake up in the morning.

Visitors to the ClearStak educational booth will learn how the ClearStak family of biomass controllers integrates and supports two types of Bosch® Lambda O2 sensors and three ETAS Smart Cables to improve combustion efficiency and reduce visible emissions. You will learn how management of oxygen and fuel is facilitated through the support of frequency drives, variable speed blowers, augers, and several digital and analog sensors. Our new focus for 2014 is on thermal efficiency. See how our integrated wireless solution and flow meter can provide you with alerts and reports for system management as well as reduce fuel consumption.

Learn why installers certified through the National Fireplace Institute certification program are the best choice for planing and installing hearth appliances. NFI representatives will be on hand to explain the certification process and the depth of knowledge necessary to achieve it. Wood burning, gas or pellet burning stoves and fireplaces are often to focal point of the home. Proper installation is critical to their efficient use and the safety of your family.

The Catalytic Hearth Coalition's objective is to work with all manufacturers of catalytic products to continually refine and improve these products for the environment and to educate the public about the benefits of catalytic technology. At our booth we intend to show various catalytic products that are in common use and how planet earth would be far different without catalytic reactions. A catalyst is a substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction by reducing the activation energy, but which is left unchanged by the reaction. In the case of wood burning smoke, the catalyst lowers the temperature at which oxidation (burning) can occur causing more of the particulate matter to be consumed.

Burn Wise is a partnership program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that emphasizes the importance of burning the right wood, the right way, in the right wood-burning appliance to protect your home, health, and the air we breathe. At our booth you will find information to help you make informed decisions about what it means to burn wise. Learn about ways to improve air quality in your community through changeout programs and education.
