Wisconsin provides a minor incentive with the Renewable Energy Sales Tax Exemption. Exempts biomass sold as fuel for residential use from 100% of state sales and use tax. Biomass is defined as wood, energy crops, biological wastes, biomass residues, and landfill gas. Click here for more info.
